Here at Voosh, we’ve created a collaborative process that fosters a healthy relationship with our clients. We start off with a discovery session which functions much like “a first date”. We spend time learning about each other, asking questions, and try to learn about who you are and what you’re looking for. We then establish “Relationship Goals” or high level initiatives, where we find out what you’re trying to achieve short term and long term. All healthy relationships require a little give and take, in our context this means stepping into the iterating phase where we take what’s been created, learn from it, and then improve it! Finally, we are committed to your company's future, like a serious relationship, we’re in it for the long haul and want to see your company get to a better place.
During our kickoff meeting, we want to get to know you and your company. How did you start working with/on your company? What values are most important to you? Cubs or Sox? We like to treat this first meeting like a first date where we try to understand what your intentions are, how you like to collaborate, and whether or not we’re even right for each other!
After we get over that first awkward hurdle, we like to establish your top priorities, high level goals, key initiatives, and a timeline for when those goals should be worked on.
The best relationships have good communication. We like to work together to iterate, improve, and repeat. The process should be a cycle where we create and learn about what we’ve created together so that we can keep building better and better results.
We’re committed to your company's future and our relationship. This means we never want our relationship to end and want to be a part of your company's growth for as long as you’re in business.
